I am currently using Hyde and it is my first time with this pre-workout. I have been using GAT Nitraflex for over an year now and although I was a little skeptical switching from what I have been using, am not disappointed at all. I must admit that this is one of the best that I have used by far. No unnatural sweet flavor, no tingling, no crashing, but steady focus and energy throughout a heavy lifting session. I found something of value after GAT Nitraflex and I will continue to use both!

One scoop prior to a workout seems to work for me. No racing heart beat no crash just focus. If i take it on an empty stomach it does tend to make my skin crawl a little. That feeling passes. Pixie dust may just be the best tasting powder i have ever used. its like liquid cotton candy. the blue razz... well its more like nyquil with some sugar in it. If you are just looking for some focus or a little pep, this stuff works great... for me.

I personally think this product has a stupid amount of caffeine and there are a lot of people taking it who shouldnt. An employee at my gym sold this to an obese 50 year old man, who probably had CVD, and I was just waiting for the guy to stroke out. Plus when I asked why they added GABA which is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, they had no idea what I was talking about. Fyi, supplemental GABA does not cross the blood brain barrier unless you are very deficient, it's effects on the peripheral nervous system are fairly unknown, and an inhibitory neuro transmitter depresses your body, like how alcohol works. In summary this product is just a lot of caffeine, and a dose of beta alanine. I find a cup of coffee after my normal preworkout gives me a much more controlled energy during my workout, without the heart palpitations.

I'm currently 170lbs and intake lots of caffeine so this one is great for me. One full scoop really gets me going and the taste is great.
The flavor is good. The product is mostly just caffeine. If you aren't used to it do not start with this preworkout. This preworkout lacks sufficient amounts of other common ingredients that you would want to see such as beta alanine and citrulline.

Wow! This product is the one of the best pre workouts i've ever had, yes I can agree this product does give you some serious jitters but personally I love it. I work all the time sometimes I don't have the energy to exercise but soon as I take this I feel like a raging bull ready to break into some action. I wouldn't recommend for people who hate the jitters or to take for a late night workout because It will keep you up all night but other than that this product is awesome. Also Blue razz and lollipop punch are the two best flavors in my opinion.

As far as raw energy goes, this PWO delivers the goods. It gave me some of the best and purest energy I've had in the gym. In fact, most of the time 2/3 scoop is plenty for me to get the job done. The energy comes on quick and lasts the entire gym session, and I love it. The What-O-Melon flavor is delicious, it tastes more like a candied watermelon, think watermelon lollipop or something like that. Very innovative and a nice spin on the traditional watermelon flavor. And for the price this is a great value. Catch it on sale and it's even better! Mr. Hyde NitroX really delivers.

Total caffeine is actually 372.5g if I'm not mistaken: Di-caffeine Malate is 75% caffeine (52.5mg), Caffeine Citrate 50% (25mg) + 300mg Caffeine Anhydrous = 372.5mg. So, I've taken 497-559mg of caffeine + 33-37.5mg of Teacrine in a 1 1/3 or 1/2 serving which gave me better pumps w/a mental stimulation that lasts for 3-4hrs. I found that this is best for weight that you can control which makes it ideal for hypertrophy or slow powerlifts. What-o-Melon definitely needs at least 10-12oz of water otherwise the jolly rancher flavor is overpowered by the ingredients. I'd recommend this for bodybuilding style workouts especially at the dosage of at least 1 1/3 scoops which didn't make me jittery or uneasy. Overall, had better workouts than expected given minimal pump ingredients which is a testament to the efficacy of Nitrosigine.

I noticed with this one that half a scoop will get the job done for me. I have tried a lot of pres and let me tell you I avoided this one like the plague because when I used to work at GNC my coworkers would always tell me to not sell it because of high caffeine content but I don't see what the issue is I think we drink more caffeine in a day anyways at least most of us do. I noticed with this half a scoop was enough to get me through my workout and when I did a full scoop I swear I ran like 2 miles with no issues it was wild. I did not like the two flavors I have tried so far Pixie dust was disgusting but the lollipop punch was alright. I might try watermelon or the cherry popsicle. I didn't feel jittery and I did not crash at all with this pre I don't use it more than once a day and the pumps are pretty insane. I pushed a lot harder on this than anything else. I prob would not suggest more than one scoop but its a solid pre workout I should have used this ages ago. Better than my C4 my a looonnngggg shot and better than my LIT I would prob cycle off of this every other month but its solid give it a try!

One of my go to preworkouts, I enjoyed the older Blue Razz flavor a bit more because it was slightly tart, these newer flavors are a bit too sweet in my opinion but they still get the job done.
