This is a great product. I noticed results after the first week of using it. A lot of people say it doesn’t dissolve, but give it a chance to dissolve and it works perfect. I’ve had zero issues with it and will definitely be using again.

This is the first time I’ve taken creative...but this one doesn’t do a lot. This does not dissolve easily in water or even carbonated water. As soon as it’s gone I’m going to try to find a different brand that dissolves more easily in water.

I’ve used this creatine multiple times, I’ve cycled it and just ran it through and works great. I just finished a different brand and picked up another two of these tubs.

I love this product. I have never tried another brand so i cannot attest to how well it works versus another but with that said after getting back on it i have been increasing all of of my reps and sets. My bench has been the most noticeable and I am truly pushing more weight there than I ever have before. I have a basement gym so the COVID hasn't affected my gains as much as the rest of the folks in the country. I typically do some variation of chest every time i work out and on flat bench i run 6x5's with the first set just a quick 135 warmup and im hitting 200 4 times with a half rep failure on the 5th. For me that is great and a new high. I truly believe within the next two months ill be hitting my goal of 225 for reps with ease. Also I have added 5 pounds to all my incline dumbbell curl exercises. I went from repping 25 to 30 (6-8x4) to getting 30-35 within a month. Squat and dead lift are also seeing great increases.I just ordered two more of these and im excited to see what the future holds. For me they mix very well, never have issues there. Even my oldest container still hasn't gotten hardened or clumpy yet. After the loading phase i take two heaping scoops daily, one before workout and one in the evening.
