Creatine1000 , 120 Veggie Capsules

The capsule are very easy to swallow and the recovery turnover rate from working out is excellent

I like the ease of taking the capsules. Just started using Creatine. My hope is to improve my strength, increase my lean muscle mass, and help the muscles recover.

I love the capsules but they are only 1 gram per 2 every two pills. To maintain a level of creatine within ones muscles you generally like to get 14 mg/lb which would mean a 200 lb man would need roughly 3 grams to get the full benefits. I myself doubled up on the pills and can notice a different. I take some in morning with some orange juice and then before my workout in the evening around 5. Obviously you can only fit so much powder into a pill and still be able to swallow it safely. I do love the ease of this over having to mix powders. This product set out to do exactly what I wanted it for. I'd only suggest getting some powder too just in case you are just starting out and want to do a "load" phase. These pills wouldn't be very cost efficient for that.

Works great. Much easier in pill form. Also I have not had any bloating or any other problems using this product.

Easiest way of taking creatine with these new capsules. I don’t like mixing powders into my drinks so this works perfect for me.

A+ product. I like that with pills I don't need to worry about measuring anything. If you watch close enough you can get these for about the same price as powder so win-win. It's creatine - so its good stuff. Recommended.

Great product. Definitely recommend if you want fast gains in strength and mass. Creatine is definitely the best supplement for that. Pill form is great to take post workout Instead of carrying powder. Another great EVL product
