This is my first time using glutamine. I bought it out of recommendation from my brother. Not only does it help me recover from my workout faster but it also helps with my digestion. Works great for my acid reflux.

This product does its job! I'm not a fan of pills so whenever I can find a Glutamine supplement, at an AMAZING cost, I tend to purchase it! This product will be in my regiment whether I am bulking or contest prepping! Highly suggested!
It gets the job done. I toss a scoop in my aminos and drink it throughout the workout. I used to take a pill form of glutamine, but prefer just tossing in a scoop with my aminos for convenience. Good price. Good product.
